Excerpt of a letter by Russell Moon The Vortex Theory to St.Clair:

"Many years ago I did not believe in what has been classified as the paranormal: including astrology. However, with the discovery by the vortex theory that gravity appears to be created by regions of less dense space surrounding protons and neutrons, then Einstein’s “bent space” surrounding stars and planets is really massive, spherical region of less dense space that diminishes in density according to the square of the distance from the planet or sun. This creates some intriguing possibilities.

It creates some intriguing possibilities because it reveals that not only is the space surrounding a person distorted in many different directions at once by the sun and motion of the planets [as is already believed to be happening by gravity], but also, because this less dense region of space is in motion - the speed of the rotation of the sun and planets creating these distortions and their magnetic fields or lack of magnetic fields must now be taken into consideration.

According to Newtonian Physics, gravity is purely a function of mass. So unless a star or planet has an uneven distribution of matter within its geometric structure, the gravity is uniform [the center of mass coincides with its geometric center]; this means its effects upon other suns or planets is uniform. However, because the vortex theory reveals that the gravitational attraction of a star or planet is a function of all of the less dense regions of space surrounding all of its individual protons and neutrons [note: the bent outward regions of space surrounding the electrons are neutralized by the bent inward regions surrounding the protons], and since these bent inward regions of space possess individual motions [both linear and circular], there is much, much more to the “gravitation effects” of planets and the sun that originally proposed and presently believed.

In fact, there are many, many miniature currents and eddies within the individual “Gravities” of each planet. So much so that once technology is developed to study these effects more closely, it will be revealed that the “gravity” of the individual planets have a much more pronounced effect upon other matter in the universe than was previously suspected.

One of these effects will be seen in the flow of electric currents. Although the electromagnetic force is much greater than the force of gravity, when the currents and eddies within the individual gravities of planets are discovered, it will then be understood that these motions have effects upon the spin states and the motions of individual electrons in current flow. Because the “consciousness of our physical body” is created by electric currents flowing through neurons, the individual planets will effect these flows. Consequently, depending upon the position in the heavens and the distance from the earth, the effect of each planet upon the functioning and well being of our physical self will either increase or diminish.

Ultimately, when a person is born, the effects of the individual planets that are highest in the sky and hence closest to the individual [note: when a planet or the sun is behind the earth, its individual effects will be diminished by the earth’s shielding effects] will become part of the individual’s subconscious “environmental conditioning”. And just like the conditioning of any environmental effect [such as Pavlov’s bell causing the dog to saliva], the position of the planets could very well cause subliminal effects within the individual that in turn directly effects the way he acts and reacts to the everyday events he faces – causing him to feel elated or depressed, allowing him to respond successfully or unsuccessfully: and ultimately, to succeed or fail. So you see, there is and someday it will be proven that the planets and their positions have a direct effect upon individuals and humanity as a whole."
